I contacted this company in April and asked them to come out and install new flanges while my bathroom floors were being re-tiled and to instruct the tilers on how to tile around the opening in the floor They installed one flange I have since paid another plumber to install the other I asked them to come the following Monday to re-seat my toilets after the tile was set and grout was dried On Monday my year old mother was waiting at 8am and they did not show up I had to call them while I was at work to get them out to the houseThey were told ahead of time the toilet in one bathroom was a inch rough in They installed one toilet I called multiple times to get them to come back out, they never returned my call Finally, I called another plumber who told me the tilers were not instructed correctly, only one flange was installed and the previous plumbers had broken my toilet I had to pay over for a new toilet and have tilers come out a third time Additiona
called them to solve a drain problem the tech started complaining within min that he was having difficulty but continued to work at it .when he was done he left the water running for several minutes and said he thought it was fixed handed his tablet to me to sign without showing me or discussing the bill.I was told approx prior to work knew could go higher but was not told before being handed billI pain $had to leave to go to work so did not try flushing or anythingI quickly realized when I got home it was not fixedI called office Monday they said someome would be out but they did notHe did return Tuesday for awhile stated they did not have needed equipment and I would have to call a different companyI asked for an adjustment on the fee I paid since they did not fix the problem and they refused
