I contacted this company in April and asked them to come out and install new flanges while my bathroom floors were being re-tiled and to instruct the tilers on how to tile around the opening in the floor They installed one flange I have since paid another plumber to install the other I asked them to come the following Monday to re-seat my toilets after the tile was set and grout was dried On Monday my year old mother was waiting at 8am and they did not show up I had to call them while I was at work to get them out to the houseThey were told ahead of time the toilet in one bathroom was a inch rough in They installed one toilet I called multiple times to get them to come back out, they never returned my call Finally, I called another plumber who told me the tilers were not instructed correctly, only one flange was installed and the previous plumbers had broken my toilet I had to pay over for a new toilet and have tilers come out a third time Additiona
