Deserves no starsDriver told me he was on route then has blocked my number when I called again three hours later to see the status of getting my emergency plumbing service request - had my husband call him on his phone too and as soon as he told the driver the location of our house he also hung up immediately and blocked himWe called blocked and again the driver hung upThe office was only concerned about an after hour fee (which contradicts their 24/hours) and have horrible communication with the driversThe owner of the company had called me to inform me that the driver is the only one available for today AND there is no time for my emergency situation to get attended to until tomorrow which is funny because I had called multiple times to ensure that I would get a plumber out todayOwner said he would called me back and he never did - he felt as if I needed to know he’s going to his daughter’s birthday and I guess that was priorityThe drivers number is ?###-###-####? I suggest if you ever want to know if you’ll be attended to make sure you call that number multiple times to make sure he doesn’t block you and change his mind about your appointmentI will be submitting this review to the Revdex.com to ensure validity of my complaint as well as other business review sites to make sure people who have been in my situation do not wait multiple hours only to be ignored

APES is the company to call if you are looking for someone who will treat you like you are an ape (I guess that’s what they are company stands for, apes)I was referred to them by my leasing company; the lady dispatcher was very rude yelled at me and was very condescendingI rather live with my plumbing issue or pay out of pocket before letting someone treat me like that
