Frequently closed during normal business hours. Poor/incomplete grooms leaving tufts of hair along neckline, ears and paws. Skipping nail trimming and by the smell of it, skipping bathing all together. Owner acknowledges poor service and wants to argue as to why her excuses should be valid.
