I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear I have rejected this response as it is simply too erroneous to ignoreThe initial part of the response is correct that a fee was paid and some work took place, however, after the initial visit the appointments were either too short of notice by the company or the company simply chose to not show up for the service call that was previously arrangedThe "no show" appointments happened on two different occasions 11/and 11/14, with no notice by the company that the work would be delayed or not performed as scheduledNumerous attempts were made on both occasions to the company to ascertain if the work would be performed and no answer was made to the attempted callsIt was after the third attempted appointment, and lack of contact from the company, that our warranty company was contacted for additional options in completing our job. Additionally, about an hour and a half ago (14:30) the company called to argue and presumably intimidate my wife over the phone due to this complaintMy wife presented them with the facts and the owner of the company continued to argue that she was incorrect, but that he didn't have all the facts in front of himThis presumable intimidation is by all means unacceptable for a company to do towards a consumer and should be properly noted and punished if applicable

Revdex.com spoke with the owner of the businessAt the time of service the service fee was paid to have the company come out to have a diagnostic done on the issuesParts were ordered and an appointment was madeThere were several missed appointments and then the customer decided he did not want this business to come and continue this jobThe fee that was made is for the trip and is non refundableThe customer is able to contact the warranty company and have another business do the work
