I would rate this company a zero if it was an option with Yelp. I arranged for service on 8/23 to service my four year old, front loading washer. The door was not latching, the machine was not spinning and there was a tiny leak coming from the door. I was fine with the experience, aside from the language barrier and dismissive attitude of the technician. 9/3 the tech returned to fix the washer. He fixed the door lock but did not address the spin issue or the leak. So, he says, "Try not to use the washer. I will have to come back." 9/23 The technician returns with a new door seal only to discover he ordered the wrong part. At this point the entire washer is taken apart and in a million pieces on the floor. The technician commits to come back on 9/24 with the right part to fix the seal. 9/24 No call, no show from the tech. I texted him and to his credit he responded. He said he did not show up because his iPad was not working and he did not have his schedule for the day. Keep in mind, he could have call the company business office for that information. 9/25 I am sitting and waiting for him as he promised to return at 8:30 to fix the washer. It is 9:17 and he is MIA, the office cannot account for his whereabouts and has no idea any of this has happened. To be continued...

Best Buy contracts with Apex Applicance Service for refrigerator repairs. Best Buy scheduled an appointment for July 5th for a new refrigerator repair. Never hire this company!! Dan was late to the first appointment, rescheduled the second appointment, and supposedly came right on time to the 3rd appointment but we were not home. I had call and left a message saying I will be a little late coming home from work but he never called me back. Called and left him three messages in 24 hours with no response. Finally got a hold of him pretending to be someone else at a different number. Said that I was waiting on a no show service call yesterday and he had the nerve to say oh yea that was me I screen my calls. Did not have the decency to call and tell me you were there but I wasn't home? I sat at home for two hours waiting for him. I cannot believe he screens clients calls. He knew exactly that I would be calling when I thought he didn't show to his appoitment. Don't go with this company. Apparently he is "a busy person" and does not have time for you and he will screen your call.
