When I made this complaint 4 months again the name came up as [redacted] II with two locations. I'm not sure if they actually two separate entities. I do however want to continue the complaint against [redacted] II. I just won a lemon law case against this dealership. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Please accept this as a response to the above complaint.
In April [redacted] left a deposit to purchase a Jeep however he was under the impression that his registration would...

be transfered immediately. After the balance of the down payment required for the purchase was received and the vehicle registration documents were signed, the vehicle was delivered and [redacted] received his registration. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding however [redacted] was informed of the procedure. He was also informed that is title would be mailed directly from DMV in Albany which could take between 30-90 days. If you require further information please feel free to contact the office.

Review: I purchased a BMW from this dealership on April **, 2014. Once I left the lot I have been having engine issues. To date my car has been repaired five times and is in for its sixth repair. The dealer refuses to provide me with the first three repair invoices even after I requested them several times. The dealer now has my car for the past 12 days claiming to be repairing it. Even though he only started repairing it yesterday. I told the dealer I wanted my money back after the first breakdown, which he refuses to refund. The dealer won't answer my calls or texts to inform me of the condition of the car. I believe this is a stall tactic since my 60 warranty will expire soon and then he will no longer will be liable for repairs, according to him.Desired Settlement: I would like a cash refund of my down payment, $3000. I will except a certified bank check. Also a guarantee that I am out of the finance loan and a refund of my first month's car payment.

Review: I purchased a jeep from them in ending of April .. they got me a loan from a bank called Gatewayone.. I transferred over my plates awaiting the registration and title too come in my name this has not happened its now August and they are no longer answering my calls on location of title and what is going on with my registration for vehicle.. I contacted the bank Gateway and they also are having issues on their end with this business on location and ownership of vehicle.. I feel that based on their disregard for my phone calls that this is becoming suspicious I would hope not but again its been three months.. and no response too my questions .. is leading me too think this way.. as per a Vin check the vehicle has a lein on it from a diferent bank which their for raised concern with the bank that gave me the loan.. they also are investigating and as per last conversation with the Rep which was very helpful is now getting the same treatment no answers or response... can you please help im a little paranoid now that I hope it wasn't a scam and im gonna loose all my money I gave them 10,200 dollars down it was all I had saved up .. but secured my loan at a decent rate ..Desired Settlement: I want them too resolve the title and registration issue immediately .. I want the truck and have made already 4 payments on it..and gave 10,200 downpayment ,, I see in their lot.. more new cars for sales cars that weren't their when I purchased mine ..
