Revdex.com: At this time, I have not been contacted by Apex Auto regarding complaint ID [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted] the car was advertised at - they sold it to me for - they took cash deposit they put on a service contract that really costs - the payments are - I need them to please do the right thing I admit it I am stupid and trusted them the payments of this car over the next years would be - the window on the drivers side will not work I would like my back that they stole - Where is the missing ? the way I see it is they put the in there pockets along with the and financed the whole car and service plan - is my requested refund since it was stolen from me and I would like them to please pay my mechanic to fix this broken window that will not go up or down - there is always a switch on - heat or cool - when they should be off - the breaks are worn - I took it to my mechanic and paid another - what bothers me the most is I checked the kelly blue book going in - it was for a hyundai sonata vat the very highest - they lied , cheated and stole from me I would like my stolen monies back and since I was able to take off the service plan have the monthly payment reduced This is why used car people have the bad name that they have - they took advantage of me in every area I thank you for your help and I Pray you can resolve this - the car has 102,miles and should have sold for about at best without problems I thank you and I appreciate your hard work [redacted] ' [redacted] *** [redacted] *** [redacted]

- they took 750.00 cash deposit they put on a service contract that really costs 2400.00 - the payments are 252.00 - I need them to please do the right thing .
I admit it I am stupid and trusted them . the payments of this car over the next 4 years would be 12000.00 - the window on the drivers side will not work . I would like my 505.00 back that they stole - Where is the missing 750.00 ?

Review: I bought a car from apex auto I was told the car was 4995 they charged 5500.00 they also put on a Optional service contract for 1550.00 the monthly payments are 252.00 and come out of my checking account - I need please some one to investigate and have them take off the service contract - give me the correct price of 4995 and contact the credit company credit acceptance corp and Lower that month payment that comes out of my checking account - I was given the paperworw so quicky - I did not pick up on this - according to wynns plus you have 30 days to cancel the contract - also the breaks in the car are not good wynns extended care is located ar [redacted] phone number ###-###-####. credit acceptance company is under [redacted] - [redacted] fax number -[redacted]- the service contract that I did not ask for is through wynns plus extended care [redacted] they also told me I could pay off the contract early that is not in the contact and this comes out to almost 11,000.00 over a 3 year period - when I spoke to apex they threw the contrac t in my faceDesired Settlement: since I purchused the car my request is to have the service contract removed and I am not going to pay almost 11000.00 dollars for a 4995.00 car - again they sold it to me for 55000.00 and added a contract on - I need this removed , corrected and as they stated a early payoff - I need please a correction on the monthly payment after these items are corrected and removed - it says nothing about a early payoff . I took all the paperwork to my lawyer and he said they really took advantage of me

Review: I Purchased a 2004 Jeep Wrangler from Apex auto on February [redacted] 2015. Since then I have driven the car 4000 miles and it needs about 5000 dollars worth of repairs. I was told before purchasing the vehicle that it was inspected and everything was in good condition, but I cant even drive on the highway because the ball joints, tie rods, shocks, coil springs, steering stabilizer, brakes, rotors, are all bad and/or worn, I tried to contact the dealer who sold me the car and he said call your warranty company and hung up the phone on me. I tried to call the warranty company and they said I needed to wait a month until I was in their system. So, I waited a month and they only cover about 20% of the problems leaving me with huge repair bills just to drive this car. There is no way they inspected this car before I purchased it because the oxygen sensors are also bad which means it could not have passed emissions, and they passed it anyway.Desired Settlement: I would like the dealer to cover all repairs and labor cost so that the car is in the condition I was told it was in, which was perfect according to the dealer.
