On January, 7, 2017, due to an unforeseen technical issue, our water heater stopped workingWe were trying our best to resume the hot water issue as soon as possibleFront desk was responsible to inform everybody upon check inWe tried our best to compensate every personWe are very sorry that the guest was not informed properlyWe are acknowledging the inconvenient experience and refunding the guest the full amountWe have contacted the guest to apologize directly and informed the guest of the refundThank you,The Assistant General Manager

It is not okay for a business to not provide a service that they agreed to.  I made a reservation for a room at the Plaza and it was not provided for me.  After the hotel realized that there may not be a room for me they left me in limbo for over 3 hours saying they may get a room for me.  After 8:00 I decided to try to find another room since my overtired daughter had to be up at 6:30 the next morning to play basketball.  My family owns a company and would never treat the customers this way and if they did they would make it right.  The Plaza needs to make it right.Best Regards,

I was not told that I needed to pay 100% upfront to guarantee a room.  I also made it very clear when talking to Mr. [redacted] that I wanted to be reimbursed for my hotel stay on Friday night since I had to pay double, it was a huge inconvenience, and my daughter was not able to be with her teammates.  Mr. Anwar was only willing to give me a discount for Saturday nights room.  I would not have stayed there after what happened had it not been for my daughter wanting to be with her teammates.

Our property is being checked for safety by City of Wausau WI. City also checks the chemicals within the pool and their ratio on a very regular basis. Pool area is completely safe for the ages and heights mentioned as it has passed local requirement before being constructed. Pool lights turn off...

automatically as displayed on the notices across the pool area. (Lights are dimmed so people may evacuate safely within the times displayed) We have an outside company who comes to the property and inspects rooms for bedbugs on a monthly basis and we take immediate action if we find any such reports. These reports are cleared for the property and that includes the respective room as well. Our kitchen is also being inspected regularly from the city's department of health. Once a customer has checked out, we do not save any hygienic possessions as those are consumable products and we dispose them off as advised considering hygiene issues.  Unfortunately, we can not offer any compensation in this regard. according to our policy if customer does not like our property, he/she may leave in 2 hours of check in time and they will get full return.  Thank you,[redacted]

We have replied this is the hotels policy, we cant refund a amount that has been charged by a different property
