We first want to apologize for the delay in responding to this complaint. There seems to have been some miscommunication. We dealt directly with Ms*** and thought she would relay this information to the Revdex.com. We did not realize that the company would still need to respondApex
addressed the issue with Ms*** and we had it resolved in less than a week. She was satisfied with the work and our resolution. As a good will gesture, we have offered to clean her carpets for free one time at a date and time she wants in the Spring. We strive to make sure that all of our customers are satisfied with our work at all times
