We are very sorry to hear this, but we have tried multiple times to make things better for Kaitlyn. Before starting the job, we explained to Kaitlyn that her system was very old and dirty and we couldn't guarantee that our cleanings would solve her AC issuesShe also let us know that she
had multiple other companies out to look at her system and they all had told her the same thing but she felt their quotes were too highShe agreed to continue with our services acknowledging that it may not be the answerShe was also a referral to our company, so we worked out many discounts on her billKaitlyn continued to tell us how great we were doing and how awesome the technician was, and at the end of the service signed her name stating everything was done and completed to her satisfactionAt our dismay, she called in and said she didn't feel that the blower motor and coils were cleaned well enoughTo correct the problem, we sent him back out to re clean the blower motor and coilsShe was still very unhappy, Mike also spoke to her neighbor multiple times over the phone to work out the issues. Eventually, due to Kaitlyns dissatisfaction, we ended up issuing a full refund of $over the phone for the blower motor and coils. We have tried to talk to Kaitlyn multiple times to explain that our cleanings for each of the services is so that is how it is listed on her work order but that is not what she was chargedWe discounted all services that day making the blower motor and ac coils $The remaining balance was for the air duct cleaningKaitlyn has been given a full refund for the services she said were not satisfactoryAt this point we had considered the issue resolved and taken care ofPlease let us know if there is anything else we can help with
