Our customer was provided with his machine, and his location which the location company provided His contract is being completed We are waiting for his ok to send the tech to provide him training

As we stated previously our customer has been provided with everything that is stipulated in her contract The tech even reached out to the client and never responded back If client is not satisfied with the location provided then they would have to let them no and the location company will be more than happy to provide them with a new location We are here to make our client happy

Our client did receive his machines along with two locations that want his machines We are waiting for confirmation now for over weeks to hear back from our client so we can send the tech to assemble the machines, train him and bring to the locations per the agreement he signed

Our client *** *** was provided with a great location in the same town he lives in which is Sam Ramon The location was asking for a commission which is very in this business and for this reason he choose against it In the vending business almost all locations will ask for a
commission To accommodate our client we have notified the location company to provide him with another location Once our client agrees to the new location provided then we will send our tech to train him

What the business say is a lieand not doneYou can also check the same lies with other clients complaints at Revdex.com and *** ***The deal was done based on that, the business already has three years contracts with *** *** and *** companies in my area (employees each) starting from 12/**/2016.I dare the business to show any physical prove that he sent me this contracts or any deal with this companies. The deal was done based on this contracts and the business will send this contracts to me after sending the money to the company account.The business told me several details in this contracts including no profit sharing and no other coffee machines in the companies (refer to the original complaint)The money sent at 12/*/and after that, the business and Ralph S*** stopped answering my calls and complaints. This is what the deal built onI did my part but The business didn't do his part at all and I NEED MY MONEY BACK.It's my right by the lawThe business showed all signs of unprofessional attitudeNo contracts sent, No training, No setup.This business requires trust between both companies because the machines require spare parts and maintenanceIf the business not answering and not supporting the after sales requirements so the machines mean troubles only and no business can be built.After a lot of searches, I understood what's happeningThis is a Chinese machine cost the business $ and Ralph S*** lies and gives huge promises to sell each machine for 5800$ then disappearThe business attitude costs me a lot of money, I lost my money, The return of my money, I lost the opportunities to build a real business, I lost a lot of work hours time and effort suffering from this situation and trying to contact them
If the business wants to show a trusted action and give other clients the trust they need to deal with this companyGIVE ME MY MONEY BACK

Our customer has been sent the part that is needed for the second machine.  The tech who did go and assemble the machines and train our client on machine stated both machines were working perfectly.  Customer has been sent one new location since he has made this complaint and will be...

receiving another one shortly.  Everything on clients contract is being fulfilled.

This is a response to complaint ID# [redacted]  Our customer placed an order for one coffee machine with one location, shipping and training on how to use the coffee machine.  Our customer has received there coffee machine has received there location that wants there coffee machine which the...

location company sent two days after receiving the machine which was verified that does want the coffee machine and is patiently waiting for the machine.  The tech has spoken to our customer and is ready to provide training.  Everything stated in the contract we are providing to our customer.

The technician never came for the training and neither did the location company contact the warehouse location that Ralph said the machine will be placed at during the sale. Please refer to the email that I attached to the conversation where Ralph confirmed a specific warehouse location. If they were contacted and the technician have come out for the training please provide the dates when did these two things happened. Also, per contract, upon full payment we were to receive the title of the machine showing the ownership, to this day we have not received the title even though the payment was made in full.
