The first time I contact Apex construction was in July 2017.I talked to Jon over the phoneHe sounded very professionalHe explained in detail what the work would require and the processJon sounds like he knows his stuffThen he made it out to our property with in a couple of days for the estimateSo far Apex Construction is doing awesomeI'm impressed and excited to keep working with themUnfortunately, I don't hear from them for about a weekI give them a callThey say something like oh yes yes we are still working on you estimateWe will send it to you this weekendIt never shows upI call a couple of times in AugustNo answerThen I e-mailNo responseI finally get a hold of someone is SeptemberThey let me know that they haven't forgot about my estimateThey ran into issues with permittingThey will be send out my estimate this weekendIt is now NovemberI have not heard from themI understand if there is too much work and you are trying to fit it all inBut!! If you can't then just say soTo be honest out of all the contractors I've talked to, Jon sounded the most knowledgeable and professionalI would like someone competent to work on my homeIf he would have said I'm book three months out, I would have probably waited for himIt is unfortunate that APEX construction is too flakey to follow up with their clients or at a minimum follow through with what you say you are going to doJuly to November is plenty of time for them to have at least given me a courteous callI would not suggest Apex construction to any of my friends or family

Apex Construction & Remodel was hired to do small repairs around our buildingOne being replacing doors and putting the "old" hardware back on the new doorThis was not completedOnce we contacted Jon (Owner of Apex Construction & Remodel) he insisted we were wrong about the door not being completed with the hardware, he insisted to come check it outOnce we arrived he kept telling us how busy he is and how he doesn't remember this not getting finished because he signed off on the jobJon said he was going to look into his notes from the job and get back to usWe tried multiple times to get ahold of Jon and once we did we set up a time for him to come fix the door due to us having a solution for the doorJon did not show up, nor call usWe again tried multiple times to contact Jon from our company phoneOnce we tried from our personal cell phone he answered, continued to tell me how busy he is and then started cursing at me He would not allow me to speak so I let him know I was hanging up

I hired APEX Construction & Remodel to do my kitchen and both bathroom remodels When I first met with the owner to do a walk through he was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions, he made me feel at ease and relaxed about the work that was going to be done When the workers came to do the work, they were very respectful of my home and did a great job After the job done I dealt with the office manager to pay for work, she was also extremely professional as well as nice and personable I had a great experience with APEX Construction with no surprises or dramaI would hire them again for sure!
