currently has the home for sale which puts us in jeopardy with receiving final check from the owner when we could not get a response on bill owedI turned it over to our attorney to collect and act as mediator on the file She did return my call yesterday, We have adjusted the bill for the items Apex did not do and have resent to our attorney along with emailing to *** the new invoiceShould any have any questions please feel free to call the office during business hours at 864-***.
