After he inspected our work, told us it looked beautiful and came into the office weeks later to make a payment? Called again, but phone message stated person unavailable..need to have roof repaired and repair costs for damages paid

we accommodated him and performed additional work at no cost to Mr. [redacted]. We never in no form or fashion agreed to a $4500 refund. His job was performed as agreed upon and looks fabulous. We have pictures from the day of installation. Mr. [redacted] is unruly and has become someone that cannot be pleased. His job was installed on 2-4-16, Mr. [redacted] made final payment on 2-18-16 and he said the problem occurred on 2-12-16?
