Dear Revdex.com:    
 
I am [redacted] owner of Eagle Construction and will answer each item of complaint by number.
 
Item 1:  Eagle Construction was hired to redo the shower above the floor area at no time did we go under the house to inspect the waste line which has been probably leaking for many years. When Eagle found out from her plumber that water was leaking we did not hesitate to address the issue at our expense. (Good faith)
 
Item 2:  It is our policy to address any mold issue to remove and treat with kilz before any further work is done. Please identify the area untreated.
 
Item 3:  We water blasted the house patched many cracks and holes existing we applied stucco with her color of choice. She DID NOT like it so Eagle Construction painted her entire house at NO COST the second time. It was about making her happy.
 
Item 4:  We recommended replacing the entire roof and she only wanted to do the top section with a single ply modified over existing one layer of hot tar. We are more than willing to look at additional repair that has occurred in that area.
Note: we were out on January 11, 2017 for a repair.
 
Item 5:  We dismissed the man drinking on the job. Eagle Construction does not tolerate that kind of behavior.
 
Note: This house had many problems that went on for years. The exterior walls had not been patched or painted for 25 years plus. The roof had many patches and had not been replaced in 25 years. The inside bathroom was leaking and ran into the existing bedrooms which caused much deterioration of the floors and walls. The back garage would be condemned and has many rodents and pest living in it etc..
 
Eagle Construction is very sorry that [redacted] is unhappy with her job. It is our company policy to address any and all issues from our customers. We were not aware that [redacted] was unhappy even when she called January 11, 2017.
