Review: Apex curb poured new concrete around out swimming pool. After the pour, they were called back to clear some concrete from around the pool ladder. The workers who came out just showed up one day and started chipping concrete around the poles for the slide. My wife was home and heard them and went out to see what they were doing and stopped them because they were chipping concrete at the wrong place. We immediately called [redacted] ,the owner of Apex Curb. The workers were then directed to the right place at the ladder. After my wife stopped them from chipping at the wrong place, she noticed a crack in our concrete in the area of the slide. [redacted] came out and looked at it and said he would be back after 28 days from the pour date for curing purposes. I had to call him on a Wednesday and he said he would be out on Friday and never showed up. From that day on , [redacted] will not call us back after leaving several messages on his voice mail nor will he answer the phone when we call him. Another matter is that he owes us $ 84.00 for damaged screens that we had to get replaced that his men damaged when they were hauling too much old concrete in a wheelbarrow and lost control of the wheelbarrow and tore our screen doors. [redacted] acknowledged the damage and told us he would reimburse us but we have not seen or heard from him since.Desired Settlement: Have our concrete repaired and reimbursement of $84.00 for the damaged screens.
