Mr [redacted] mentioned a 25% discount that he heard when he called on hold, there is no other special percentage discount offered that month he could have heard as we have them all recordedHe may have just picked up a piece of the recordingWe are more than happy to "do the right thing" if a different Apex ad or recorded message is provided He was also told that the OL in Murray would discuss it with him, as she did when he arrived There is a base sign up and a monthly fee, usually much less than other insurancesThe response Utah wide has been extremely positiveWe hope this clarity helps Mr***

Apex has an on hold ad we are happy to forward that clearly states that there is a 25% discount when signing up for the Apex membershipThe notes in the patient chart for the appointment were made by Michelle from our Sandy office stating that with the Membership there is a 25% discountThe Murray Office Leader, Mimi explained the special further, when Mr [redacted] did not want to sign up for the Apex Membership she did offer him a new patient special reducing his bill by $Apex is more than happy to honor the on hold ad of 25% off treatment that Mr [redacted] originally heard after signing up Mr [redacted] up on the Membership plan and further more providing uncustomary credit of the additional $totaling 25% off the original bill.We hope this clarifies any misunderstanding and anticipate a positive resolve with Mr***Lori P [redacted] COO Apex Plus

BCBS revived fax showing proof that Apex did timely filing with EOB's attached on 12/14/16.Apex will follow up on 1/16/allowing for the days to processWe will notify patient upon response from BCBS

I am rejecting this response because: I didn't listen to any recorded message at any timeSo there is no chance of my hearing a partial messageThe Murray office didn't discuss anything with me until after paper work was filled out by me, a little tour, x-rays, Dentist looked at the x-rays and then Apex Dental sent in their Financial Rep (Mimi.)

Apex presents the information insuracne companies provideThe patient does not have coverage over age for bonding a retainerWith that copay made all other billing is pending with the insurance company and based upon the information received we anticipate the remaining balance will be paid in
fullAll balances unpaid by insurance is the patients responsibility, we work for our patients to receive all benefits owed by the insurance comany

Refund was sent for process and system put to pending due to additional billing for (Kelsey) in NovemberThis automatic process has been by-passed and original refund is being processedWe apologize for any delay due to our processes

called me on Friday the 18th I called them back on Tuesday the 22nd and left a message and have not heard back I do not accept their response because they state I did not call back, which is incorrectI figured they were out of the office due to Christmas and I plan to call them on Monday the 28th I look forward to talking with them
