Not honoring their refund policy or policy to work with customer till order is to their satisfaction as stated on their website.Placed order for digitizing, on original form was not sure if put that needed 3D, sent an email immediately using their preferred method of contact. Order was not done in 3D as requested with subsequent Emails, have been in contact and refuses to fix the order stating I did it wrong on the order form, but I have proof that I sent an email within a minute of placing order correcting and [redacted] refuses to honor his refund policy of working with you until it is to the customers satisfaction or get your money back. His website states that they will work with you to edit orders to satisfaction or get a refund.Desired SettlementI have asked him to do it in 3D and he refuses and has asked for additional $10, I have asked for a refund and to no avail, nothing, no refund or editing of the design.
