I was at Aire Ancient Baths on Sunday December ** with friends for massages and use of the facilitiesWe were assigned lockers and when getting ready for the massage I removed two necklaces from my neck and hung on the hooks inside of my lockerAfter our time was up - we came back to the locker room and showered and changed and paid our bill and leftAbout 15-minutes after we left I realized I had left my necklaces hanging in the lockerI called and was told that they did not have themOne necklace was a diamond necklace worth $- the other was costume jewelry worth $but had a sentimental valueAs you can imagine I was quite distraughtI was advised that the lockers are cleaned out by staff and then assigned to new guests and that my necklaces were not foundI was so shocked because I knew 100% I had left them hanging on those hooksI physically went back to speak with them and asked to search the locker myselfI was not able to as the locker had already been
