Revdex.com Complaint Response Complaint # (Tony Mautone) November 2, Here at Apex Exteriors we have a process we follow for every job whether it be a complete tear off down to a small or large repair, I will outline step by step of this process with the paperwork and documentation includedWe have investigated this internally as we have spoken to everyone involved from the estimator to the office staff to the service technician assigned to this specific job When a potential customer calls in with a repair needed, our estimating scheduler schedules a free no obligation estimate/inspection of the area/areas in questionIn this case there was only one appointment scheduled not showing that an initial appointment was missed and in our system there would be more than one appointment (date & time) as we would have to add a separate appointmentA lead sheet is then provided to the estimator (please see attachment #1) with the information of the homeowner and what they are needing looked at The homeowner is then provided with an estimate stating what is needed for the repair and pricing included (please see attachment #2) and then it is up to the homeowner whether they want to move forward with said work (as you can see MrMautone signed the same day of the scheduled appointment) paperwork is then processed and we always communicate with our customers as to where in the process they are if questions or concerns are ever needed and then materials are ordered (please see attachment #3) for what is needed for that specific jobWork is then scheduled with homeowner and a date and time agreed upon with the homeowner The work was scheduled days after the initial estimate on March 3rd and work completed the same day, and as required by our company the worker/workers fill out the repair order with what was done and what was used (please see attachment #4) ½ bundle of shingles and tubes of roof cement which tube more than what was originally needed (refer back to attachment #3) and what was done and it does clearly state that the work was completed 100%I have also included a picture of the area needing the repairs (please see attachment #5) and after reviewing the picture it would take a ½ bundle no more or no less to repairs those areas Once work is completed an invoice is sent out for payment for the work completed (please see attachment #6) as you can see the invoice is dated March 22nd and payment is then expectedOnce the account goes past due our accounting department does try and contact the customer for paymentThis account has been past due for months and MrMautone was contacted by Oval Royse who was the estimator for this repair for payment by phone call and MrMautone then responded with a text message (please see attachments #& #8) Nothing can ever usually be resolved when the other party is unwilling to communicate his/her concerns or communicate in any way what-so-everFinally an e-mail was sent to MrMautone (please see attachment #9) again showing we were more than willing to discuss the concerns MrMautone had to resolve this matter with no response Here at Apex Exteriors, customer service is one of our TOP priorities along with safety and professionalism and we stand firm in our position that we provided this to MrMautone and feel that MrMautone does not want to pay for the bill of work that was completed by our Company, we have gone years complaint free and are saddened that it has come to this dispute We would truly like to resolve this matter to the satisfactory of both MrMautone and our company as we did provide a service and deserve payment for the service that was providedWe would be willing to take $off the bill as that is our minimum for ANY work which would be $we think this is a very fair offer and again we stand by our work and staff 100% Sincerely, The Apex Team

I have used APEX Exteriors on two occasions for repair work to my home Not only was the work done quickly and to the highest standards, but also with a degree of professionalism and responsibility that is hard to find in today's market Staff are accessible, friendly and amenable to my personal schedule to get the work done I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs home repair work I have not had a better experience with any service provider I've used in over years Highly recommended
