I accept the refund, however, I'm surprised to find that that they are defending their actions. I will not force an apology but I am disappointed that they feel their behavior was appropriate.
Whatever they are including as notes for your file are suspect. I was treated inappropriately and I left in tears. My appointment was not honored for what it was scheduled for, it's that simple. The staff was empathetic to my situation but couldn't direct me for recourse. It's unfortunate that I had to make a claim to get assistance. From the response, I understand the customer service is lacking in all aspects.
