Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I agree the company offered a full refund and removal of material However, the contract states, "Per member request, member accepts that sub floors will be left as is." I did not request acceptance that sub floor will be left as is I have had contractors look at the floor and advise me there may be damage to the sub floor when the materials are removed due to the number of nails driven through the first layer of vinyl into the under board There are nails in every square for a total of more than nails
A second contract was received which voided the first and states they will provide a full refund and will not remove the materials The original vinyl was not installed correctly Rather than remove it and start over, the company elected to nail the 2nd layer of vinyl to the 1st layer and into the under board They are responsible for any damage to the sub floor

replaced creates inconvenience for the homeowner and we strive to minimize the inconveniencesWe did attempt to prove how sincerely apologetic we were that her first installation failed in many waysThe first thing we did was to bring a part of her plumbing up to code at our expense of over $In her city, it is code to have a refrigerator water line shut off valve within a certain proximity to the fridgeWhile reinstalled the waterline, we noticed that the seal had failedSeals fail from time to time and we are very mindful to check plumbing lines that have been reinstalled for leaksWe called in a professional plumber and had him repair the seal and install the required shut off valve that her previous contractor failed to install Next, although this homeowner did not contract for this installation through us, thus any offer of a refund would come from the company she contracted with and made the payments to, I did reach out to said company and suggest they offer her a discount as that is what she indicated she would likeA 30% discount was offeredI am told the homeowner declined this offer and then asked for a full refund and removal of productThe contracted company offered the full refund and removal of the product and I am told that again the client declined the offerMy company is on standby and ready to do what the contracted company asks of us once an agreement has been made between the contracted company and their clientWe are quite disappointed that we were unable to satisfy this homeowner yet proud of the fact that we work tirelessly to achieve complete customer satisfaction
