Regarding a complaint made by [redacted] against Apex Funding Group, Inc., I make the following replyMr [redacted] alleges to have no knowledge of a second mortgage loan on his primary residence and disputes a quotation on the payoff of this mortgage provided him by an escrow companyOn 10-23- Mr [redacted] and his wife executed first and second mortgage loans to refinance existing debt on their primary residenceSaid loans are evidenced by Promissory Notes, Deeds of Trust, HUD-Settlement Statement, Escrow Agreement, payment letters other documents and required disclosures relevant to the refinance transactionSubsequent to the close of the refinance, the [redacted] receive, annually, a mortgage payment coupon book from the long term escrow company that is servicing the second mortgageAdditionally, the [redacted] have received and signed acknowledgment of certified US Mail notifying them of delinquent payment on their second mortgage.Given the above evidence and subsequent notifications of the mortgage debt it is incredulous for the [redacted] to claim ignorance of their obligationFurthermore, after Mr [redacted] made his complaint to you he has contacted me to resolve the outstanding debt and acknowledged his obligation to pay itHe even offered an apology for his confusion and is currently making an attempt to payoff the debt.I would be glad to supply supporting documentation to substantiate the assertions I make abovePlease contact me via email or call, direct, 406-541-7042, if I can offer further evidence in this matterAlso, please let me know that this complaint is resolved and provide evidence that the reputation of my company, Apex Funding Group, Inchas been restoredThank you.William [redacted] D [redacted] PresidentApex Funding Group, Inc.PO Box 1333Missoula, MT
