Apex is great! My experience with [redacted] was awesome, he is so honest and sincere. My wife and I were in a real rush to fix our garage with the sale of our home and he went above and beyond to make us happy... He fit us into his schedule right away. And even stayed late to Finish. Pricing was better than the other companies I called.

Quinn was just here and he was fabulous. First off I made an appt. online this morning, got an immediate response/confirmation, then he showed up right on time this afternoon as requested. He works quickly, gave us options and was terrific...Call/Email him for any garage door issues, I certainly will!

I couldn't believe how quickly they showed up after my husband placed the call. They showed us why the repair we had paid for just a year ago with another company needed to be done yet again. They were very courteous and professional. We had done the pricing game before they arrived so that we would know if they were "gouging" us. When they were finished, our garage door opener was so quiet that it sounded like they had installed a brand new one. We felt that they went above and beyond the call. When they left, my husband said, "I guess we didn't need to worry about them overcharging us after all".

We are completely pleased and will definitely call Apex again should the need arise.

I was in a jam; my renter in Phoenix called me at about 8:30 pm this past Friday and said his garage door was jammed and wouldn't close. Since he has a lot of toys, he was upset at the thought of not being able to close the door overnight. I don't live in the Phoenix area anymore, so I searched online and found Apex. I was glad I did. They came out that same evening, and repaired the door. They had all the parts on the truck needed to make the repair and they followed up with me to let me know that the repair was complete. I found the cost of service to be very fair and there was no "after hours" surcharge.

As I'm in business myself, and strive to treat my customers like family, I was very happy to stumble across a company with the same "like family" service. I will definitely call Apex again if I have any garage door issues and would highly recommend them to anyone who with garage door/opener issues..

I called them and they came out right away. He showed me the problem with my opener and I was embarrased. The plug had come loose from the outlet in the ceiling. After plugging back in, he then tuned it up along with my door for a small service charge and that was it. He could have told me I needed a new opener or door and I wouldn't have known the difference. Thank you for being honest and professional!
