We hired the company to come out and fix our garage door They came out and replaced the springs and rollers The rollers kept popping out of the track and so they came out once to fix it The rollers popped out again and we called them to come fix it properly as this shouldn’t keep happening The guy was unavailable so his supervisor came out He was pissed off that he had to drive miles to come fix the problem He popped the rollers back in and then continued to yell at us and call us is and said He doesn’t deal with people like us, and stoned to his car and sped away He was extremely rude and did not fix the problem As soon as he left and we went to shut the garage the rollers popped back out and we are back to square one This company was highly unprofessioanl and rude toward us
