While Mr*** was approved for a $25,loan, the loan was never completed

The fact that I did not carry out the loan is irrelevant I DID NOT APPROVE THE LOAN APPLICATION IN THE FIRST PLACE The company misrepresented itself by submitting the loan paperwork
after telling me that I was only approving a credit check The Texas Attorney General's Office agrees with me on this I have submitted the entire package of this fiasco to them for their investigation.Apex has done nothing to resolve this matter The fact that they only answered Revdex.com after a certified letter was sent says a lot about their sincerity and ethics This will not be resolved until Apex admits to me that they misrepresented themselves and that their representatives (*** *** and a person named *** who would not give his last name) were wrong For an honest company this should be a simple matter.I won't even ask that they apologize for the trouble they have caused me by having to check with their Green Sky Bank to make sure the loan was not active; or the trouble I had to go to to check my credit report to also make sure the loan was not recorded there

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
Regards,I have tried to talk to the heads of this company only to be told they are always at a meeting and will get back at a later date which they never doThis company Apex will not even consider negotiations they got thier money from Greensky finance and it's screw the customer we do not careAs a B.B.Bcompany I would think you could stop a company from scamming innocent buyers into a useless system I have spoken to other non Apex solar customers and they are satisfied with what thier system is producingOne customer non Apex reported killowatts per month another reported killowatts per month Apex that I have. killowatts per month I have the proof it seems like instead of listening to a liar like Daniell Rodriguez you could look at positive proof that Apex is scamming customersIf I was being treated fair I would not complain as a veteran I am used to bad people but I would love to have you help me do something hereI'm not asking for any kind of money or gain I'm just asking that you do something to get this company to do what is fair

We are currently looking into the issues that [redacted] expressed in his complaint. The hole in the eve of the home is fixed with a clear silicone, that was done in May when the system was commissioned as promised to the customer.  The Enlighten /envoy monitoring account is up and active,...

there was a typo in the customers email address not allowing him to receive the Welcome email from the monitoring website. That has since been fixed and he should have received the welcome email so that he can monitor the production of his panels.  It is currently active and showing that the panels are producing.  As far as the savings he was expecting, these savings are generated on a yearly basis, also no specific dollar amount of savings is guaranteed to the customer. There are just to many variable to be able to do so. For instance in May there were 20 days of rain in his area. If there is no sun production will be lower than if it were sunny on those 20 days. I have reached out to our field specialist to have him look into the saving he stated he is not seeing on his electric bill.  I also have called Mr. [redacted] to speak with him and attempt to resolve the issues he has expressed in his complaint. I did not get an answer, I left a message requesting that he call me back to resolve his expressed concerns.   Sincerely, [redacted] Solar Project Manager [redacted]

I spoke to the customer on the phone today. Both parties have agreed to start with an analysis of his energy usage for the last 12 months, to determine his past and current usage, once he submits his electric bills to us via fax or email. Once the analysis is complete we will relay the gathered information to the customer to help better understand the terms of his saving.  We will continue to work with the customer, until we come to a satisfactory agreement between both parties. I would once again like to reiterate that we do not guarantee any dollar amount of savings to our customers.

It is unfortunate that this person has had to deal with a telemarketer.  I am disappointed that our company name was thrown out there, after the consumer stated that it was illegal. We do not in any way, nor have we ever, contacted customers or potential customers in a telemarketing style....

We obtain customers by referrals, inbound, social media and canvassing.
