Purchased solar panels back in August 2017 and still waiting on activation. Have made numerous calls to the company with promises and no results.
Back on August 5 2017 we purchased solar panels with APEX. At the time of sale we were told the maximum wait time for compete installation and activation would be 3 months. Through today April 28 2018 we still do not have any activation. We have made numerous calls to the company with promises and no results. We have been paying an electric bill and for the solar panels for 6 months.
To complete the activation and cover the 6 months we have had to play the electric bill due to the lack of completing the job.
WE have been in contact with the client. The issue was a communication issue with the city inspection. WE have gotten with them and it has been set up with the client. This should be resolved soon. Once the city has completed their inspections.
