have resolved the customer’s complaint based on his A’PEXi AFC-neo repair issue. I left a voicemail on 7/24/in the morning with a message stating that his AFC-neo is ready to ship out once payment of $has been made. I also followed up with an email stating the situation and received a call from the customer who made the payment in full. His AFC-neo is being sent back to him FedEx Ground along with our standard day electronics warranty from the date of completion of the repair. 7/25/14 has been noted as the date of completion on the repair.

Review: I bought a product, made by said company. Used it once, and it stopped functioning. Vendor or device is unreachable so, no warrantied repair. Sent unit, [redacted] is the technician, he said it would be 110 dollars to fix and return to me. Never called or emailed me. I called, he said it would be repaired, I would payand he , would return it. Nothing. This has gone on, now, for years. I contacted the global headquarters. Nothing. I am going to file legal action. Please help!Desired Settlement: Repairs and returned to me, with factory guarantee. I will pay.

I also followed up with an email stating the situation and received a call from the customer who made the payment in full. His AFC-neo is being sent back to him FedEx Ground along with our standard 90 day electronics warranty from the date of completion of the repair. 7/25/14 has been noted as the date of completion on the repair.
