At this time, I have been contacted directly by Certified Headquarters regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The owner called me and we had a very informative conversation the resolution was he never placed the ads and the price stands He asked me to retract my post with no resolution He would loose money if he honored that price my post stands and his view stands stalemate [redacted]
