We are sorry to hear that *** *** is unsatisfied with the handling of two rather challenging tenants We have resolved back rent issues with the current tenant and all funds have been released to the property owner We have removed the second tenant collection efforts from further
action and are finalizing the security deposit and deductions which will be closed out this month We do have an open dialogue directly and prefer to work directly with *** rather than continue thru this channel
