Review: Apex mechanical, Jeff Weidner, came in and replaced our HVAC unit. They put the freon line right next to the roof line (which is against NC Code)We found out when a nail from new roofing punctured the line--the freon line was not put in to NC Code. We have to have a new line run and fill up the freon that leaked out. $1,000.00 out of our pocket to replace a line that should never have been placed so close to the roof. We have tried to contact Apex multiple times, but they do not return our calls. We have heard that the President, Jeff Weidner, is working in Atlanta.Desired Settlement: Refund for the cost to replace the freon line and freon and a refund for the $100.00 increase in electric bill while waiting for problem resolution.
