This is a a great place with wonderful people to work with.

They have listen to me and has worked with me to get out of Covid19 . Am really happy for this company and will let others know about them

Apex was extremely helpful and great to work with. They were able to get me approved and a great rate on my first home purchase! Their communication throughout the entire process was A+.

I recommended my niece to Apex and they helped her not only with buying a house but also to straighten out her credit. I have been in my new house for 5 years now and Apex helped me secure the best mortgage. The real estage agent I had used did not put rent back in the contract,so I ended staying in a hotel for ten days and Apex reinbursed me. They were in constant communication with me all the way through the process and through settlement. My experience with Apex has been very good.

The service provided was timely , the staff was courteous and professional. The whole transaction was done with utmost respect and care.

Hello Everyone. I am pleased to introduce to you APEX Mortgage LLC. I have recently used Apex Mortgage to refinance my house at a lower interest rate. Apex Mortgage and its team led by Al S, catered my refinancing to exactly what I needed. Al and his associates saved me hundreds of dollars on my new mortgage. If you are looking into a new mortgage or refinancing, Apex Mortgage and its team, are the best. Professional, courteous, trustworthy, and driven. The best team when it comes to this type of expertise. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Al and his team, as well as Apex Mortgage LLC.

The Apex team was top notch, but especially Daniel "Danny". He assisted us from day - his patience and dedication to our concerns, many questions and needs were met in a timely manner each and every time. Would we use this company again? Yes yes and yes again! Thank you all again.

Everything from start to finish in the process was explained and manifested in our best interest so far and I learned from AL being a veteran in 6 months our mortgage will decrease because of a RUL program I already qualify for, no more paperwork just call in 6 months to receive a lower payment.

If you're looking for an honest mortgage company please stand clear of Apex Mortgage. I applied to refinance my mortgage in early November 2019, submitted all of the necessary documents required - had great credit etc., but for some reason the process wasn't moving as quickly as I was informed (time at most close before 26 November) - called and spoke with the mortgage broker who informed me that he wasn't sure what was happening. I called the owner and to ask what was happening with my loan - in short the owner didn't seem to care and wasn't the most honest person claiming that he didn't know why or what was happening. Long story short I would not recommend this company or any dealings with the owner. Good customer support and honest information isn't their strong points.

With my unplanned job transfer from Virginia to Maryland, Mr. C and Exit Mortgage were instrumental in facilitating my home purchase. It took just 8 weeks to go from our initial introduction to closing on my home. I am so impressed and very satisfied with Mr. C's knowledge and professionalism. To get the keys to your new home in a timely and winning manner, I highly recommend Louis C.

I received a letter stating that my home equity line of credit was maturing.
The letter head information stating my current lender and that it was a maturity notification for my home equity line of credit being reset. The Bold title said "Changes potentially affecting your current equity line." At the very bottom of the letter, it stated their mortgage name but no address information. The letter was deceitful and was also incorrect because my line of credit is not resetting. This could be very alarming to the uneducated consumer and is disgusting that this type of mail is allowed to be used in solicitation.

Desired Outcome

The company should not be allowed to send out such deceitful letters

Disorganization, Untrustworthy, and Discourage!

I was very disappointment at how unfairly I was treated by the lender I had Lue S. We started off. to a great start when I explain a lender I had pior to him wasn't use to dealing with lower pre-approvals and I had to fix something on my credit.

After the hurdles with that experience I thought Lue would understand that I wanted a lender who could get me in the right direction as I plan a life for me and my family. Lue and I shared a conversation about how much it's important to me get the keys of to house of my dreams.

Doing the process of working with him he told me about a property he and his colleagues invested in and mention to my realtor that I maybe interested since it would give me the chance to be apart of a home building experience.

After seeing his home I was excited and It had potentially gave me a second thought but I wasn't in love and I didn't see the benefits of my family there.

I decided on another home and when I did that home had another on it and they decided to give it to the other person. Saddened I thought his home was the only home to settle for and so I reached out and asked questions. Lue referred me to grant program to help
with closing help, his home was a little more I expected. Shortly after that my realtor found some more homes that were more of what I was hoping to find and this was great!

Six out of seven homes blew my mind! I was thrilled. When it came to a decision to be made I decided and was very pleased. My realtor connected with Lue and asked for the green light and he said yes and sent a letter of pre-approval. I reached out to the grant program and they had requirements that Lue did not make clear. The program actually required a counseling sessions with fees and you go under a underwriting process to even see if you are qualified.

The sad thing was the grant program personnel put me through a hectic telephone dispute as if I was the problem when I asked questions and tried to get a better understanding and $175
cost was the only way to find out if you are even able to get the grant. Now what makes matters worst is doing this who process Lue assistant who I sent my personal docements to informed me she no longer work there when Lue requested my finacal information once again. He was suppose to give me my monthly payments since he I was approved for the home.

Even with all of this I was excited to finally moving along in some way to own my home. Well matters got worst. I than got a email from Lue after my realtor received a DU ratio form which stated I was not eligible for the grant and he my pre-approval letter was not actually true he sent the letter because he wanted me to have it so he claimed and we had to retract the contract because the funds were not available.

I was beyond upset and I felt like Lue didn't have my best interest at heart. His response from the email made uncomfortable and still leaves me to question his integrity, intentions, and how he respresents this company. I never thought I would be treated as such after sharing my experiences.

He mention my income several times in the email and the sad thing is his home cost way more than the home I was buying. He knew exactly were I was in the process and instead of being honest he sent docements saying I was ready to buy this home.

Some day I will own my home just not with the help of this company. It's important to have people to be honest, move timely, and give all the details to every part. His bad decisions, misleading, and lack of compassion will not stop me from owning the home that will bless me and family.

Desired Outcome

I don't trust this company and I want all my personal documents destroyed. I also want the refund of the $100 for the grant program he refered that was not recognized by my new lender.

Apex Mortgage Response

The Buyer approached Leu S to get a mortgage. The borrower needed to improve his credit score. Leu S helped him to do that at no cost. The borrower also wanted to get closing cost help from the governmental agency. Leu S directed him to governmental agency to whom the Borrower paid $100 fee to take a course. The borrower got qualified to get a $5000 grant as a result of this course.. EXIT Mortgage did not receive any funds.
The borrowers income has gone down in 2016 and therefore the borrower is qualified for a lower priced home. If the borrower finds a lower priced home, we will be glad to get him a mortgage.

I sign a contract from this realtor and he promise me a house. After he received my money I never got anything in returned from him.
multiple houses that we look at together and each time he ask for appraisal money and each time did not get a house after I gave money to him and it was all a fraud and lie. After no success from this realtor I never got what he offer. This continue on and on after the realtor asking me for more money but never produce a house for me. After all my efforts and me trusting him was only falling into his trap for him to get more money. And at the end of the day I never received a house nor can I get my money back or even my deposit money I gave him.

Desired Outcome

I want my money back for appraisal money deposit money. Money that he will fix my credit and he stated a letter sing by him to returned my money if he did not get a house for me. and I want to stop this people to do it to someone else.

Apex Mortgage Response

1. Mr. used *** Realty to make a contract to purchase the home. He deposited $1000 with *** Realty. His Realtor is no longer with *** Realty.
2. He applied for mortgage with EXIT Mortgage. He paid for the appraisal $400. This was paid to the third party Appraisal company. See attached appraisal showing invoice for appraisal. He has not paid for credit reports expense to EXIT Mortgage. (The Buyer is responsible for these charges whether the loan is settled or rejected)
3. Mr. failed to provide documents to get the mortgage loan approval. His loan was not approved because of lack of documents Several times, contract extension was requested but he failed to provide documents.
4. Ultimately, the loan was rejected due to the lack of documentation.
5. I have reached out on behalf of *** Realty to get a release for his $1000. The Seller has refused and has requested $1000 go to the Seller. The Buyer is requesting $1000 go to him. *** Realty still has $1000 in escrow account.
6. The only option for him to get the deposit money ($1000) is to file a law suit against the Seller and let the court decide. *** Realty has offered to release
the funds based on agreement between the Buyer and the Seller or as decided by the court. *** Realty is willing to send funds to the court of their choice.

Customer Response

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
1. First, I don't know if he is referring to me my name is *** not ***
2. I did provide all the document need it that they ask me to. And what paper is he referring to?
3. Why do they still have the 1,000.00 dollars that I gave them for the deposit for the property?
That I did not get.
I don't need to file a law suit against the seller do to *** Realty was my agent, not the sellers.
