The delivery never arrived and there was no call. I called back on the next business day and was informed that they had some sort of mechanical problem with their truck - but they also agreed that I should have been informed. We agreed on a new delivery window (11 a.m. to 1 p.m.). Once again, I took time away from the office to await the delivery. The delivery did not arrive during the window and I called the office and was told that the delivery would take place in the near future. Finally, at 6:15 p.m. the truck arrived. The final straw came when the delivery man told me that company policy prevented him from taking the package into the house - it had to be left outside or in a garage - given the weight of the package this came as a bit of a shock and I believe that I should have been informed in advance. In short, the service was highly unprofessional. No respect for delivery time windows. No calls when the delivery was delayed. Poor customer service and communication.
