Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:MrS [redacted] called me several tiimes asking about the registration on the [redacted] which they kept The main point of this complaint is that there were at least other similar throttle complaints about Apex on [redacted] stating that wit [redacted] year and less than miles these throttles keep breaking and MrS [redacted] knows it He is selling faulty and DANGEROUS mopeds fully expecting to make more money to fix what he knows will be broken They are cheating the public and they stole my *** Try have a look on [redacted] and you will see that I'm not lying about the throttle issues IF there could be a recall for those bad mopeds there should be Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Aloha [redacted] My name is DAnny S [redacted] owner of Apexmotorsports LLCI'm writing to you for a complaint letter from a customer at ApexFirst of all I am sorry to have it to go this farI been in business for almost years and what I have learned was I cant make all my customers happy so what I tried to do is to have it all in writingMeaning I have every customer sign and date are warranty document for every moped we sellStating that long as customer keeps up with there schedule services.....The engine and transmission will be covered for year and day for all partsAlso we do not cover free pick up or drop off services even if it is under warrantySo what I remember is when I spoke to Mr [redacted] he was very anger and demanding for a free pick up and to fix it for freeAfter I listen to his issues I explained to him what is covered and not covered under wtty and there is a charge for pick upsWe at apex always have a agreement with customers before we fix any bikes or puck upsSo mr [redacted] new how much it would cost to fix it and for pick up! For his other complaint on his used [redacted] bike he brought that in to fix and we told him that we do not carry [redacted] partsAnd that we think it was a crank that is badAny bike is fixable I would never tell my customers that! For me to ask for the Title of the bike is if I ever get it running I can register the bikeThanks again [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:Mr. S[redacted] called me several tiimes asking about the registration on the [redacted] which they kept.  The main point of this complaint is that there were at least 3 other similar throttle complaints about Apex on [redacted] stating that wit[redacted] 1 year and less than 1000 miles these throttles keep breaking and Mr. S[redacted] knows it.  He is selling faulty and DANGEROUS mopeds fully expecting to make more money to fix what he knows will be broken.  They are cheating the public and they stole my [redacted].  Try have a look on [redacted] and you will see that I'm not lying about the throttle issues.  IF there could be a recall for those bad mopeds there should be.
