total lie*** has no record of the bill, and several *** reps assured me that they do keep records of bills they reject or don't payJust last night, their billing manager admitted they never sent in the claim (no doubt, she lost track of their previous lies when they told me *** rejected the claim)! There are other serious complaints about how this company operates, and they are similar to mine, including how they pressure people to pay and apparently don't employ the right coding for billing so insurance won't pay (*** and most insurance will typically pay about 30-35% of most medical bills, but if you use high-pressure on individuals, you can get more)
