Review: The [redacted] told me the parking garage facility was included in my bill. When my band was auditioning in NYC we wanted to place our luggage in the car so we didn't have to lug our things to the audition. When we asked the attendant to place our things in the car he said it was additional 10 dollars. I asked to see the policy he couldn't provide one. He said he did us a favor..I told him I would go to the car he wouldn't let us. I was also told by the hotel they would hold our car for 24 hours we checked in at 3 am. When we had gone to leave he wanted another 50 dollars! Than he changed it to 27. I once again asked to see the policy and he couldn't provide one.Desired Settlement: Our money back
