I am a resident at [redacted] **A property owned by Apex ManagementI spoke with the property manager, [redacted] on the evening of Friday, May 9, (could be a day before or day after)About seeing a "bed bug" in my second bedroom where my infant niece sleepsThis was approximately three weeks after management came into my apartment to spray from an earlier complaint [redacted] told me that she could have some one guaranteed out to take care of this problem on Monday, May 12, between 8am and 10amI took off work between those hours to make sure I was there as she advised so that I could point out where I saw these bugsAfter no one showed up nor called to update between these promised hours I called the management staff to see what was the hold up [redacted] told me that "it's going to be later than that, I will call you back." I didn't receive a phone call until Wednesday, May 28, stating that "some one will be in the building to spray the apartments and I advise you to have some one there between 2pm and 4pm." Since I couldn't leave or take off work a second time, I had someone stay at my apartment between those hoursThis friend was nice enough to leave work for an extended, unpaid lunch break to wait for the pest control to show upOnce again, I was stood up and when I called to make sure they were still coming, [redacted] said she didn't know where they were and that they may be running behind schedule.  This is one of many occasions where I experienced horrible customer service and was belittled by the Apex Management StaffI am uncomfortable living in this apartment as I've seen bed bugs in the hallways of the apartment building, pest control constantly parked in the parking lot, and furniture from my neighbors thrown out in the trashThis situation has been nothing but an inconvience and has cost me money and precious timeI am truly disappointed and will be taking further actions. I have never experienced such bad service in my lifeI would never recommend Apex Properties to anyone, not even my worst enemyWhen I moved into apartment I didn't have a fridge or stove which was suppose to be delivered my move in date (went without for weeks)Was promised two wall unit air conditioners (it didn't have ant when moved in because originally was told that I had central air) but only received one after multiple complaints after I suffered through majority of the summerThis was just to name a few of the plethora occasions I received horrible customer service
