We try to do the best job we can to serve the communities we work for We understand not everyone agrees with HOA policy but our job is to enforce the rules as directed by the boards and the deed restrictions for the owner lots At no point do we ever answer a customer question with "I don't care" we do our best to explain the content of what is going on and to inform the owners of all of their options If the owners do not like what the factual answers are given, we are limited in what additional help we can provide.Kind Regards

The tenant is correct in stating that they are being evicted. Judgment was ordered on June 9th, and reads as follows: Plf prst by Ms*** prst, admit claimJmt entered against *** in the amount of $plus costs plus $atty feesPossession ordered
restored to plf by June 30, 2017, 5pm*** *** states he can pay $per month commencing July 1, - so ordered She also states in her letter to you that we have hidden fees. This is incorrect. All charges to the tenant have been presented to her on multiple occasions with explanation. The maintenance fees that she has tried to dispute were charged for the following: Tenant left sink clogged after disassembling the drain pipes without permission. Sink ran over and caused water damage to the apartment below. Tenant was negligent. Tenant called and stated he was locked out of the apartment and it was after hours. An order was put in for lock out service. The lease states that the tenant will be charged $for after hours lock out service. This service was requested Tenant states that we were trying to overcharge a “government funded program” namely ERBA. This is incorrect. The ERBA representative spoke with me directly and I explained all of the tenants account debt to her. The program required the tenant to pay percent of the balance owed and ERBA would pay the rest. The tenant called me and requested that I lie to ERBA and say they only owed so they would only have to pay $instead of the $(percent of $660) for the true balance. I refused to do this and the tenant became verbally belligerent Danny and Earline did not catch up on their rent. They also continued to be verbally abusive on the phone with me, my boss, his wife, and others on multiple occasions. Bat exclusions have been performed on the building in and in The tenant’s request to be moved to another apartment was not possible. There were no vacancies within their budget nor fitting of their size requirement We do have a surveillance system in the building. It is visible to the tenants Thank you*** ***

This company does not enforce the rules on anyone else in my neighborhoodI am the only Caucasian in the turn around, this must be a race issueThe company refuses to fine others because they know they will get flack for fining a minority, but its ok to fine someone who is CaucasianIn the new picture all our neighbors have their trash cans outside in front of their garages again, because they told me they never get a fine

I recorded our conversation. I told you I did not receive the mailed out HOA code of regulations and was told by Aaron "I guarantee you received it" However when I asked him can you prove it was delivered to the right address, he restated "I guarantee you received it". I assured Aaron mistakes are made all the time from the USPS, I work for them. I did not receive anything. In the voice message He just left me, he doesn't like disappointed consumers, however when I told him I was turning this into the Revdex.com his exact statement, from the recorded conversation I had with him, was "go right ahead, not a problem." I do not like to be lied to. In another statement I had with him on the phone he states that these pictures are not take, of trash cans, before or after trash day in order to give residence a chance to move their can. According to the date of Oct 2 2017 this is less than hours away from Trash service. In the phone call was was I lied to about when these photos are taken? I work a lot of hours and had my trash can out encase the neighbor had to take it to the street for me. It was out initially for cleaning my garage, that morning.
