S***) read and signed our boarding agreement prior to moving their horses into our facility Our facility is for boarding which includes feeding twice per day and cleaning once per day We do not offer hour per day monitoring to anyone, nor does our agreement state such I do work full time which has nothing to do with our ranch; which we actually talked about prior to these two moving in We live on the property as does two additional people that clean and feed With respect to feed, it was clearly stated (as it is to all our boarders, past and present) that feed included is two flakes per day Additional feed is extra The person here was told the same and it is in the agreement she (they each signed), they asked for extra feed upon moving in and were quoted for the same After checking prices with local providers, they agreed that our price for extra hay was better and then paid for the same These persons started an argument with a long time boarder that had her horses next to themThe argument was over the placement of a garbage can and poop buckets that these two wanted moved S*** used profanity (which is in violation of our boarding agreement) and was disrespectful to our boarder and my wife I was traveling during this time and received a call from my wife and later I spoke with our long term boarder I spoke to all parties about S***'s conduct and after doing so, I set up a call with S*** to discuss the matter At that time, my wife was on the phone with me During the call S*** stated that she overreacted because she was out of sorts from losing a close friend a short time ago At no time did I yell or insult her, this is a total fabrication I did ask S*** to please "mend the relationship" with Kim, our long term boarder The next day, N*** sent me a text saying they moved out without notice She later stopped payment on her board check So, based on our boarding agreement, she and S*** have breached the agreement We are proceeding to take action against them both Final note, S*** made statements on our ranch google reference page We have notified google of this and in reference to this claim of statements we are formally requesting that Revdex.com remove this from our file. P[redacted]: I completely disagree with your unprofessional response which is another literal example of your total disregard for your clients’ satisfaction and safety. I contacted the Revdex.com about your business practices. Regarding your accusation about my board check: The fact is I paid you in good faith and you and/or your wife altered the check and committed fraud. The check cleared and the bank identified the fraud. They pulled back the funds and gave me a copy of the altered check. I spoke with the Fraud investigation department of my credit union who advised me to contact the local authorities and the Revdex.com. After consulting with District Attorney Office investigator Kimberly Michael, she and I agreed that is not necessary to pursue legal action at this time since I was fully restored financially. However, she advised me to inform the Moorpark’s Sheriff’s department. I consulted with Detective Theobald and turned over all the information to him. I will continue to keep the local authorities informed. Should a boarder request additional services we will consider the same and if accepted, additional fees will be charged. S[redacted] signed and returned the agreement July 27th, prior to moving in. My wife and I are the owners, we do not and have not represent anyone as the “manager”. Our boarding contract clearly states our feeding policy. She requested additional feed which at the time was discussed as “Additional Service and cost” She and N[redacted] agreed to purchase additional feed. S[redacted]’s comment about verbal abuse is false. I had another person on the call with me. The discussion was purely about her argument with a long time boarder, in the abutting pasture and S[redacted]’s unacceptable conduct/ language. There are two witnesses and the long term boarder that will be validating this in our continued action against S[redacted] and N[redacted]. The board check was deposited into our account without any change to the amount. Not illegal or fraudulent. S[redacted] and N[redacted] abandoned our facility without notice. I was informed by a boarder of this and afterwards confirmed the same with N[redacted] in a text. At the time I informed her that they breached their agreement however, as S[redacted] created so much trouble I would agree to them leaving at the time.
