Apex Recovery

Review: My truck was repoed by Apex recovery, when I asked to get my personal paper work and my kids booster seats out of the vehicle there employee instructed my self and my 12 year old son that if we approached the vehicle we would be arrested. the gentlman then asked was my husband availaable I said yes but he wont come out here at this time and the trucks in my name so you can talk to me he then stated if my husband refused to come outside like a man and talk to him regarding our property and the repo then he was taking the truck and we could contact the finance company in regaurds to retriveing the items. I immediately paid the finance company a partial payment they stated my truck and my belongings would be returned once I paid the remaining balance wich I did only to have my truck returned with almost every important thing in it missing but anything that looked as if it had no value was left in the truck. apon this discovery I called apex only to be told I now had to pay them an extra 200 dollars to get my husbands wallet house keys social security card etc back from them or they will dispose of it. I asked if I could just get the items that were personal paperwork and identification and the keys to our home they said bring me 200 cash and you can well I dont have 200 bucks just laying aroun and I was told all fees were included in the release of my truck wich I also stated to an apex employee and they still want the 200 cash or there going to destroy my belongings.Desired Settlement: I would like them to have to give me my truck paperwork from dmv my husbands social security card our keys and any other paperwork or personal items of that nature back
