In order to insure the calls stop I need to verify the phone number that was calledWe have account for a [redacted] , there was a [redacted] area code number removed on 9/30/That is the first contact we had with anyone on that account It is for people to get calls for numerous companys regarding the same person , which Im assumimg happened here Please confirm the phone number you would like taken out of the system
This company told me yesterday when I paid them that they would send documents for me to sign and send back , They said I would have hrs to do so I sat in front of my computer waiting for said documents and even called them back to say I had recieved nothing from them Robert Wproceeded to tell me that would be in my email by the end of the day by the end of the day 12/12/i tried to call them back and they didnt answer This morning I checked my email again and still nothing , I called Mr Wback he said it was his mistake and you will get them shortly , I waited and waited and at 11:i recieved an email from them finally This issue is now resolved but my point is this I didnt know if I had been scammed or what so since yesterday I have been a nervous wreck and my blood pressure wont come back down Something needs to be done about this companies un professional behavior I have a meeting with my attorney this afternoon to see what can be done Thank You and you may now close out this complaint
I do apologize but Apex Resolution Group does not collect on student loans , we do have a [redacted] *** in our system but never spoke to the consumer and it is not in regards to any schooling any questions feel free to contact me Scott W
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me As long as they stop calling me, and the rest of my family I am satisfied.

The account is paid , a paid letter has been sent . I do apologize if you where treated any diffenent then proffesional . We will check for recordings and make sure any employees involved go through a refresher training class. Any questions feel free to contact my office directly . Scott W.

The last out going call initiated by Apex Resolution Group to the consumer was on 8/29/16. At that time the consumer set up a payment arrangement . Since then the consumer has called to change the arrangement 4 times, right before the payment is due, the 4th being yesterday . She was advised that...
seeing no payment has been made yet we can not continue to push the payment further and that she would not receive any more calls from us .

After reviewing the complaint , the account was closed and returned to the creditor.
