Apex Roofing And Restoration

hello everyone
A few months ago, apex came to my house they have a seller to go around the neighborhood. I never called them they gave us one estimate of 19,000 dollars then when we signed, they said OK no problem we got the money from the insurance right then nobody came to us no nothing to call nada as your side in Spanish then they said OH no we what 48,000 dollars this is a regular house no two-story house noting one story house regular house are you listen to this. my house is not a mega mason you know it's a regular house right they wanted the two checks we side no and 48,000 dollars these people are ripe off don't open the door to these people they will not tell you the truth they will not they will lock you up with the sign this paper then I decide to cancel with these people and you know how much they took from me 5,600 dollars to do nothing they did not do nothing 0 because I cancel they charge me 5,600 dollars you hear this listen to 5,600 dollars they take 15 % of you cancel with them yes these people don't care about you and your roof and your house they don't care ok but thank god I found another company they did the roof for 19,000 dollars and am happy with them they are great if you need a roof let me now but please people don't go with these people they are bad they will take all your money I mean all if they can these people are no good. ok take care

I was signed with apex 3 years ago and was told I would not have to pay for my deductible prior to signing with them all I had to do was to put a sign in my front yard. This was prior to the law being changed. I also worked for them and made them over $100,000 one of the top reps and left after I saw that my taxes on my home went up witch, they do not tell you. Know a single mother of three children is told if I do not pay what they said I did not have to pay they will put a lien on my home. Shady company bad to their employees and once they have their money your family and your wellbeing does not matter.

I recently had a roof replaced with Apex and from beginning to the end it was a smooth and easy process. Tom was my contact and he was great, very informative and made sure we were aware of every step. Everything was explained more than once and if there was any questions they were easy to contact and answered everything quickly. Install only took two days and there was no issues. I have and would recommend Apex to others!

This company has been great. I just got approved from my Insurance Company! Corey Pearce have kept in close contact . They were very honest. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs an estimate no a roof.

Apex Roofing just completed the replacement of the tile roof on our home. It was an insurance claim and they helped us throughout the process. They did exactly what they promised, on time and for the price quoted. Their crews are well trained. All of their employees that I met were polite and professional. I highly recommend Apex to anyone needed their roof replaced. You will not be disappointed.

Corey Pearce and Steve Brown took very good care of us. They took the time to answer all questions and worked with our insurance company to make this happen for us. We are very pleased with their service!!

The office and field staff were all very knowledgeable about their products. We had a shingle roof installed and the sales representative that came to our home actually helped us pick out the color and we couldn't be more pleased with the end result. When things happen I'm a firm believer they happen for a reason. We happen to obtain an Apex card from a friend just for any future what ifs, then low and behold our ceiling starts leaking the following week. We gave APEX a call and Derek Contestato was out there the very next day! He helped us initiate our claim with the insurance and then just took care of everything from there. The whole process was smooth and stress free, almost unbelievable. Professional, Responsiveness, and Punctual. Thank you Apex Roofing!

This company is highly professional and dependable. They came to my house (at my request), they got up on the roof, circled all the problems with chalk, took pictures, showed me the findings, and gave advice on how to go about paying for this. I contracted through David S. He is highly professional and did awesome work. The job site manager (Chuck B.) was great, super dependable, and was responsive to concerns.

Overall I 100% recommend this company.

This company is quite good at communicating all activity that is part of the roofing process. I especially like the fact that Apex deals with our insurance company to explain all expenses involved: gutter replacement, removal and reinstall the solar panels for our pool, etc.
When Zack, Apex Foreman, was made aware of an inspection delay, he came to the house, verified that we would not have any roof leaks, and did an additional clean up and organization of materials. As luck would have it, there was a leak due to a small area where the underlayment did not seal and resulted in a damp spot on our kitchen ceiling. Apex quickly sent out a repair crew that went above and beyond to remedy the issue.
Apex's entire crew was very skilled, hardworking, and professional. They did a wonderful job of cleanup. When they were done, the house looked better after they were done than before. Several of our neighbors commented on how good our house looked with the new roof.

Cape Coral

Apex Roofing did exactly as they said they would do. They inspected our roof, found damage and negotiated with our insurance Company, and got our approval.
Supplies were delivered on Monday the 27th., Marcus and his crew arrived early on the 28th., started the job, finished on the 30th.. Very hard working group of men. They cleaned up the site every day before they knocked off for the night.

A job well done!! Everyone at Apex was amazing, courteous, truthful, and timely.
M. Hamilton was great, he was with every step of the way. Always keeping us informed.
The roofing staff outdid themselves. The roof is beautiful and will be keeping us safe for years and years to come. The office staff, especially, B. Markham, were informed and super nice. I would recommend to anyone who needs a stress-free roof replacement and or restoration!!

I just had my roof done by APEX Roofing and Restoration. I have to say that the workers were prompt, diligent and professional. At the end of each work day they made sure to clean the yard of any trash that was generated during the day. My roof looks amazing! The new gutters fit in nicely too. I have received multiple compliments about the roof. My APEX angels...Shawna P. ,Kassie, Doug M. and Lauren W. are the absolutely BEST. Ed and I are so pleased with Apex's whole process. From soup to nuts, everything was verbally covered. All questions were answered and explained. Every contact person was professional and courteous. The roofers showed up the date we were told and finished within 4 days. The yard was totally cleaned up and we have found no nails. All city inspectors approved each step of the way. They finished the roof on a Friday and the city inspector was here 1st thing Monday am and approved. We highly recommend this Company. They are 1st Class!!!
