There was a couple of things damaged when the roof was doneIt seemed like things went south when Mr *** was on the roof and fell off while either getting on or off of the roofWe did replace some screens and had the broken pump handle fixedAt there request instead of fixing the dings
in the siding we gave them a check to cover the damageWe have explained to Mr*** that when tearing a roof off there are thousands of nails and even with the clean up and running a magnet there is a good chance nails will still be foundI was unaware of drip edge with nails through the face and will send someone out to fix itWe gave Mr *** a price to replace Fascia but he didn't want to pay to have it done so we didn't do anything with FasciaWe have sent someone out numerous times to take care of his concernsWe will take care of the drip edge that has exposed nails and feel that this job is complete once that is done

Revdex.com Apex Roofings reply did not address most of my complaint. I cannot understand why this company cannot take the time to call me or better yet someone other than the workers come to the job site to do an inspection. Yes they repaired some things but they broke them! They never moved one thing from our landscaping instead throwing shingles and nails in and on everything. I was helping at first with my own tractor and bucket until I took a break and came back to find shingles and nails on my seat and hood of the tractor. One man yelled down from the second story roof wondering where the air-conditioner was. I told him and stood out from it to show him. When I came back it was covered with shingles and nails! Saying they addressed my concerns is almost laughable. My concerns were they made alot of mistakes and my roof leaked. Why couldn't they replace the two pieces of drip edge when they were here for other things? Since his reply I have had another flat on my lawn tractor from a roofing nail. That's five flats on vehicles and tractors since the roof was done. I called the office 4 or 5 times about their lack  of cleaning up. The woman who answers always says she will tell them. It didn't help. Two men came to work on the leaks and  left with debris on the drive in plain site by where there ladder was. I picked it up as well as what they left in the gutters. I took about a gallon of it to the Apex Office.  The only person there was the woman who answers the phone. I showed her the nails and pieces of shingles. She said she would tell them. I said that hasn't helped. I wanted  to speak to the owner. She said he was  hard to get a hold of. I half joked that I could put them on his or hers desk. She said that would not be a good idea. Then I jokenly suggested I could throw it in their parking lot. She said that would make her mad and I said then maybe she and the owner would know  how my wife and I felt. I took the debris home. Still no one called. The check mentioned was a $50 gift card. Apex estimator [redacted] who would respond to me and inspected the work and lack of quality offered it as compensation for all the headache Apex caused. I said I would touch up the paint and fix the trim. He isn't with the company  anymore. For them to mention my accident is insulting. My accident has nothing to do with their workmanship or their lack of communication. Revdex.com please help. Thank You, [redacted]

As we stated in the previous response we will be happy to come out and replace or repair any damaged drip edge. We will contact Mr. [redacted] when the weather starts warming up in the spring to do so as we won't be able to do it in these colder weather conditions. Thanks [redacted]

We had a service tech check the doors on 5/11/17. One door needed an adjustment and both are in good working condition with no problems.
