The process of finishing the pinnacle was executed immediately after the discussion with the property owner many months agoThe "wooden ball" had cracks in it but was built into the structure so we together decided to seal the cracks with a tripolymer sealant and paint the ball gray to match the lead material that we previously wrapped around the base of the ballI spoke with him this morning and he said" it didn't look like it was done"The pinnacle is three stories highDid he get on a ladder and look at it or use binoculars at leastThis roof replacement was one of the toughest challenges we have faced in many years and instead of calling me to discuss wether or not this miniscule part of the project was complete he decided to leave a negative feedback on Revdex.comShame on him for not doing some research and recognizing that up to 50% of all executed roof installs are in some aspect done subparHis roof is done perfectlyHe could have hired someone to check out the job as well if he had his doubtsThis was a large project consisting of squares of multiple hips, steep pitches, valleys, broken old roof boards ,restoration of facia boards, and stories high and a pitch degree turret! Heres a thought for all inconsiderate property ownersMaybe ask if the guys would like some water or maybe coffee , chances are we would decline but at least send a thank you note for the effort we put into your propertyinstalling a new roof is the single most important thing you can do for your home but in todays society most property owners dont even take the time to meet with the contractorThey go online and call multiple contractors and pick the cheapest guy (80% of the time) and send a check in the mail

lead material that we previously wrapped around the base of the ball. I spoke with him this morning and he said" it didn't look like it was done". The pinnacle is three stories high. Did he get on a ladder and look at it or use binoculars at least. This roof replacement was one of the toughest challenges we have faced in many years and instead of calling me to discuss wether or not this miniscule part of the project was complete he decided to leave a negative feedback on Revdex.com. Shame on him for not doing some research and recognizing that up to 50% of all executed roof installs are in some aspect done subpar. His roof is done perfectly. He could have hired someone to check out the job as well if he had his doubts. This was a large project consisting of 40 squares of multiple hips, steep pitches, valleys, broken old roof boards ,restoration of facia boards, 3 and 4 stories high and a 24 pitch 60 degree turret! Heres a thought for all inconsiderate property owners. Maybe ask if the guys would like some water or maybe coffee , chances are we would decline but at least send a thank you note for the effort we put into your property. installing a new roof is the single most important thing you can do for your home but in todays society most property owners dont even take the time to meet with the contractor. They go online and call multiple contractors and pick the cheapest guy (80% of the time) and send a check in the mail.
