This is a reply in regards to the complaint filed by *** ***My name is *** im
the Service Manager at Apex SpecializedBasically the claims made by *** are inaccurate and false*** brought us the car when it barly ran and asked us to "Get it running"
A: His car ran very poorly and had no boost when he brought it in to usThis was the main problem he brought it in for and he could not figure out himselfWe then spent the better part of days figuring out what he did wrong and redoing his work to get it running properlyB: *** made so many errors trying to do it himself and expected us to repair everything on an impossible budget to work withC: He asked us to stop working on it due to budget knowing that we didn't finish everything that he made an error onA few more points: If there was a problem with the *** *** install, we would have redone it and / or relocated it no charge to ***, He never gave us the opportunity for thatWe in fact DID remove his intake manifold when he was in here to install a PCV valve in the CORRECT place*** hadn't even put one in, which is one of the many reasons why ***' car did not run properly when it was brought in
We did everything humanly possible to accommodate *** and the entire time he wouldn't accept or see that*** *** has also mentioned about us giving him a full refund in exchange for him not filing complaints or giving reviews*** We went well above and beyond what *** initially paid for and therefore *** will not be getting a refund from ApexOur entire staff at Apex were true professionals to him and we did everything we said we would do and more for ***, unfortunately he has failed to explain the true side of the storyIf we do make an error on a customers vehicle we offer an industry leading warranty on our Repairs, *** chose not to bring the car back to us to show us the claims he is mentioning, We cannot just issue refunds for every customer to makes a complaint especially if they are complaints made by someone who is uneducated on his vehicles systemsIf Apex makes a mistake we stand behind it 100%, We have great ratings and reviews from our loyal customer base and continue to provide professional Grade A service to all of them
As far as working towards a resolution, We have done everything we could for *** and there is nothing else we can offer to him, He has already filed a complaint to AMVIC and they have had a highly certified technician come in to us and he himself even said there was nothing here we did wrongWe already did not charge *** for all the extra work we completed on his car, So no refund will be given to *** in his attempt to get free professional workI hope this clears up the matter in question, If there is anymore information or concerns Revdex.com may have please feel free to get in contact with me and I will be happy to further discuss the matter

*** I only had to every aspect of the work they did*** *** I have taken pictures of before and after welding re-work*** Yes I asked for a refund as I had to every aspect of the work that APEX didI have the pictures to prove itI spent over 10hrs repairing their work
In conclusion, I don't care about a refundIf I can sway customers from not squandering their money at APEX I will be happy***
