Apex Surveyors

Review: I entered into a contract with [redacted] of Apex Surveying on June 15, 2013. The contract was for surveying a property located on [redacted] in Poplar, WI. The survey was to be completed within three weeks of notice to proceed. Notice to proceed was given by me via U.S. Mail on June 26, 2013. Mr. [redacted] received the signed contract and retainer check in the amount of $300.00 on June 28, 2013 and the check was cashed that same day. No work has been completed towards the completion of the survey. Mr. [redacted] has refused to answer or return any of my phone calls or email correspondence. The terms of the contract directly state: " after receipt of signed contract, and retainer payment, surveying services will be completed by (note: this date may be weather dependent): within three weeks of notice to proceed."Desired Settlement: I request a full refund of retainer in the amount of three-hundred U.S. dollars.
