Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The business put out alot of information, and alot of it is inaccurate or lacking;Yes there was a day window for returns and we attempted to use it (attached return request)Instead of accepting the return like we requested (we asked for a return address) the business kept trying to send parts until ebay's and paypals return window expiredWe did not find a better price? one of our emails states that if the business can replace the products with new products we would be happy to accept them, they never respondedCredit card dispute is still in progressThe seller's business is banned on tradeloop for ethics violations.In summary I dont understand what the big deal is with accepting a return, we have not touched the packageThis is and you shouldnt be trying to pull every trick in the book to avoid returning a product that was misrepresented.Regards, [redacted]
