Please note, this is the first and only complaint filed against my company and it was due to an unexpected verbal agreement at the end of a project including a third party which the client did not fully understand at the time again, a miscommunication, but could have been handled better on my behalf My apologies have been personally expressed via email to the client However, I believe I was acting as a third party Initial, proper contact information exchange between client and the third party would have been most appropriate at the time However, that did not happen and I accept responsibility for not fasicilitating properly
