I really don't expect them to reply. And I will not be contacting an attorney. I'm an old lady, retired, with a limited income and I'm about to lose half of my pension, and my home of years. This company was contracted to fix my SAMSUNG over-the-range microwave and a tech visited my home to diagnose/fix the problem seven days after being contacted. He could not independently diagnose the problem and was in contact with his team over the phone getting coached to verify the problem. He finally told me that they need to replace a part and would order it to be fixed in a week for $259.65(of which I paid an advance of $100.00) . They informed me that the part was on "back order" when I called after 2 weeks. Once the part came in they called and set up an appointment to collect the microwave to fix at their facility, as they said there was a possible fire hazard. 20 days later they have yet to return with my microwave and there has been no communication from them. Please note that the whole affair started on 6/16/16 and I am still without my microwave till today (8/9/16).

Customer brought [redacted] carpet cleaner in for service complaining of poor cleaning performance. We disassembled and cleaned the machine of dirt and debris. Machine was tested and worked fine. Customer picked unit up and paid the modest cost of a general cleaning and maintenance of $71.00 plus tax.Customer had come back to the shop several days later and stated that the machine stopped working again. We rechecked the machine at no charge and found, once again, it was clogged with dirt and debris. This time, however, the spray pump was damaged and needed to be replaced. We gave the customer an estimate to replace the pump, and the customer became nasty to my staff and threatened to escalate the situation. We informed her that a part in the machine now needed to be replaced that wasn't needed prior. She then blamed us for "breaking” it.Our warranty is clearly stated on our receipts. We do not "guarantee" cleanings or parts we never replaced. We would have been happy to repair her machine for simply the cost of the additional part had she acted in a more orderly and respectable manner.A refund is not in order, as she paid for a cleaning - not a repair. We would also not be interested in any further business dealings with this customer.

Review: On 5/27/14 I took my [redacted] Carpet Cleaner to their shop for repair. A piece of carpet fiber was blocking water flow to the left side of the nozzle. I paid upfront $50 bench fee. 6/6/14 I got a call saying machine is fixed and it works because they cleaned some carpet including a car mat from a delivery van that was "really grungy" because it had never been cleaned in over two years. I picked up the machine and paid another $25.The machine was filthy. The water tank was dirty; the water nozzle was dirty and had black grease on either side. And, the machine would not pump water at all. I returned the machine to their shop on 6/9. I periodically called and was told the water pump was burned out and they were trying to find one. I finally picked up the machine on 7/23 and asked for a refund of $75 because the machine was in worse shape and now needed a major repair. I was told by a young man "standing in my face" that only the owner, David N[redacted], could return money. Well, I've been waiting for a check or call from David N[redacted] for over a month. I've called several times and he has not returned my calls and is never available. They destroyed my machine which was less than two years.Desired Settlement: I want, at the very least, my $75.00 back. Ideally, they should pay to have the machine repaired at a real appliance repair shop.
